Traditional Home Watch Services*

Upon arrival, a general, but logical visual walk around is performed on the entire property, inside and out. Has anything changed? What looks out of place? Does anything looked disturbed?

  • Interior Review
    • All cabinets that could be compromised (i.e. food pantry, bathroom/kitchen cabinets with sinks, etc. are inspected for water damage, pest invasions and other issues that could arise)
    • Entry doors
    • Windows
    • Pest Invasions
    • AC/Humidistat Settings and filters. Humidity levels
    • Water leaks, mold, mildew
    • Kitchen appliances for proper settings and function
    • Cycle all faucets, toilets, showers/bathtubs, disposal, dishwasher
    • Hot water heater(s)
    • Assessible attic areas for water intrusion, pests, abnormalities
    • Smoke detectors
    • Electrical panel(s)
    • Security/lights on timers functional
    • Thorough review of interior (ceilings, walls, floors, windows/doors) for water damage/mold, pest issues
  • Exterior Review
    • General lawn/landscaping overview
    • General ground-level roof inspection
    • Pool water level
    • Pump timer and operation
    • Irrigation timer and functionality
    • Accent lighting timer and functionality
    • Lanai screens
    • Entry/Garage doors
    • Remove flyers/door hangers
    • Mail check
    • Dock(s) and boat(s) (visual inspection)
    • Vehicles (visual inspection)

Each site visit is documented with our Services checklist, including photos. Any issue, no matter how small, is documented within our report. Minor issues that do not require immediate attention, are either resolved on the spot, or you are made aware of the concern, along with a recommended resolution. If a major issue is found, you are notified immediately, which will also include a recommended resolution. You, of course, have final say on the disposition of any issue

NOTE: No employee, vendor or subcontractor (contracted through us) will enter your property until: first, they are properly vetted, bonded and insured, and second, if desired, you have met them
