- Transportation Services – Treat us like your personal Uber: Airports, cruises, appointments, anywhere you want to go and don’t want to drive

maintenance, cleaning services, etc.)
- Complete management service (start to finish) or
- Provide ingress/egress, secure property when completed (No oversight)

- Complete oversight service (start to finish) or

- Lighting review for bulb outages, with replacement (bulbs not included) – Interior and/or Exterior (Exterior includes nighttime inspection for outages and appearance)
- Alarm/Emergency response
- Electronic Services – Home network, printer set up, TV provider set up
- Garage Sales – Set up, tear down, staffing
- Hurricane Preparation (Hurricane shutter installation by others, supervised)
- “Winterize” – Prepare residence for your arrival: visual review inside and out, adjust AC temps, shopping (groceries, supplies, whatever), car/boat*/motorcycle** prep, hot water tank reset, cleaning services (by others, supervised), other services as may be requested
- “Summerize” – Prepare residence after your departure: visual review inside and out, ensure alarm is activated, check all window/door security, clean fridge of spoilable food, set AC temps/Humidistat reset, car/boat*/motorcycle** prep, hot water tank reset, cleaning services (by others, supervised), other services as may be requested
- Vehicle Management – Start, drive (if requested), maintenance/car wash drop off/pick up
